Reconstruction and Insolvency

Moalem Weitemeier Bendtsen has extensive experience within the field of reconstruction and insolvency law.

Our attorneys assist our clients in the establishment and execution of financial reconstructions of insolvent or financially distressed companies, including real estate companies, banks and insurance companies. We also provide legal advice on all other aspects of insolvency law.

We are experienced in assisting Danish and foreign banks and other creditors and financially distressed companies as receivers in suspension of payments and establishment of composition in bankruptcy. Furthermore, we act as administrators in bankruptcy estates.
