IPR and Technology

Moalem Weitemeyer Bendtsen both advises start-ups and large international companies within the legal field of IPR and intellectual property law. Thus, we have substantial experience in providing advice on intellectual property issues with particular focus on patents, trademarks, copyright, designs and marketing law.

 

We assist in litigating cases involving validity, enforcement and preservation of evidence.
