Moalem Weitemeyer Bendtsen offers legal advice in connection with all stages of a competition case, from preliminary investigations and administrative procedures to the handling of cases involving penalties or damages before the Danish courts as well as the European Court of Justice.
Moalem Weitemeyer Bendtsen also advises on merger control in connection with transactions. We provide legal advice on the preparation and execution of the relevant transaction, comprising merger control examinations, due diligence, merger control filings and negotiations with the relevant authorities, including, in particular, Danish competition authorities. In addition, we have experience within state aid and related areas such as EU regulation of liberalisation and privatisation and not least EU law and public procurement regulation.
