Infrastructure, Transportation and Logistics

The Moalem Weitemeyer Bendtsen attorneys have provided advice on some of the most significant transactions involving infrastructure, transportation and logistics in Denmark and the Nordic region.

We advice on procurements, execution and financing of different types of infrastructure projects and plants in Denmark and abroad.

Our firm has special competence in, amongst other things, M&A, contracts, construction, PPP projects (public-private partnerships), financing, insurance, tax and different forms of dispute resolution. Accordingly, the firm is able to assist clients in all phases of an infrastructure project, such as strategic matters and permit issues, in conjunction with procurement, completion and financing, as well as in the event of disputes.
