Assisted Asseco in its takeover of IT Practice A/S

 

Transfer of parts of the real property group, Kuben A/S, to various buyers

 

Represented Candy King Holding AB in connection with the acquisition of Tasty Mix A/S

 

Represented one of the major creditors in connection with the bankruptcy of Elro Erhverv A/S and the shutdown of Skyline. Further, Thomas Weitemeyer has been the sole member of the creditors' committee in connection with the restructuring of Elro Energi A/S and the winding-up of the energy group
