Thomas Weitemeyer provides advice primarily on company law, eg M&A, raising venture capital, structuring and investment in connection with equity financing. Moreover, Thomas Weitemeyer provides general business advice, conducts litigation of commercial disputes and also provides assistance as regards reorganising and restructuring ailing businesses.

Represented Dania Capital K/S in connection with the sale of the activities and assets in its subsidy, Wiking Gulve A/S

Assisted Asseco in its takeover of IT Practice A/S

Transfer of parts of the real property group, Kuben A/S, to various buyers

Represented Candy King Holding AB in connection with the acquisition of Tasty Mix A/S

Represented one of the major creditors in connection with the bankruptcy of Elro Erhverv A/S and the shutdown of Skyline. Further, Thomas Weitemeyer has been the sole member of the creditors' committee in connection with the restructuring of Elro Energi A/S and the winding-up of the energy group

Trustee for RH-Beco A/S, appointed by the company’s bankers

Thomas Weitemeyer is a certified insolvency attorney by Danske Insolvens Advokater (the association of Danish insolvency attorneys) and International Bar Association (IBA).

Thomas Weitemeyer has been attached to the University of Copenhagen as External lecturer of Procedural Law in 2002–2006.
