The Danish Bar and Law Society

The Moalem Weitemeyer Bendtsen attorneys are all members of the Danish Bar and Law Society and are assigned by the Ministry of Justice in Denmark. The Society has obligations both with respect to the legal profession and the society as a whole. The Society guards the integrity and independency of attorneys. Thus, attorneys at Moalem Weitemeyer Bendtsen are encompassed by the Danish Bar and Law Society's supervisory and disciplinary system and the rules on good legal ethics, cf.
