The partners have elected a governing board of four members consisting of Thomas Weitemeyer (chairman), Claus Molbech Bendtsen, Dan Moalem and Christoffer Galbo.

Dan Moalem is appointed Managing Partner, and he is in charge of the day-to-day management with the assistance of a COO.
